After Care

At the end of each project we provide a period of included support to make sure that anything not found during acceptance is dealt with promptly. After that we offer a range of options to look after the systems that we have been working on. The principal of these are:

• Retainer including hosting, maintence and an allowance for minor enhancements
• Pay-as-you-go

In the case of a retainer we work to agreed service response levels. We also ensure that any improvements to underlying tools and libraries are applied.
